Integrated Invoicing
Bring your own invoice template, or use the built-in integrated invoice. To get started, set your project to billable. Go to project action menu, select Project Edit.
You can now include your invoices by placing them in the Invoice Documents.
For confidentiality, only the project owner can access the Invoice Documents page.
Upload your document and enter the information about the invoice. All fields are editable.
In this example, we send the invoice to the client for $50,000 and the client paid $35,000. As you can see, there is a $15,000 balance on the account. If you set up the invoicing within TimeCatchApp, the amount due and balance are updated for you. You always know where your project finances stand.
3 Easy Steps to Setup
1. Set up your billable activities in the Invoice Setup
2. Link your tasks to those billable activities
3. When billable activities are completed, mark as complete. The amount due will automatically flow to your invoice. You never have to worry about omitting any, or duplicating any. The system tracks it for you.

Choose the users and role. If this is just for yourself, you will be the user chosen.
The task now associated with the correct billable activity.
