Every Release Cuts the Continuity Tax a Little More
Here's what we're building next for TimeCatchApp — and the long-term vision behind it. Versions and timing are our current plan, not a promise, and may shift as we learn.
What's shipping next, version by version.
Each release is aimed at one thing: closing the gap between the work you meant to do and the work that actually got done.
Universal Command Interface
Lets users create projects, attach documents to tasks, update tasks, send messages, generate invoices, retrieve information, and perform other actions through web chat, voice, email or SMS. Users act on an idea immediately instead of interrupting their work to navigate software and re-enter information.
Continuity Tax Measurement Engine
Quantifies the productivity lost through context switching, fragmented work, waiting, interruptions, and other sources of continuity loss. Individual, project, and team metrics make an invisible productivity problem visible and provide the data needed to improve it.
Agentic Project Concierge
Gives users an intelligent, project-aware assistant that understands tasks, documents, conversations, approvals, deadlines, and history. Users can ask what needs attention, what changed, or what to do next without searching through multiple screens or systems to reconstruct the situation.
Proposal Writer
AI system to turn RFPs into proposals. Turns the RFP into a set of asks that need a response, and provides a draft response. Pulls information from past proposals. Allows the user to edit, then sends back to the client, saving the user time and effort. The agent works on the basic information, allowing the user more time for the questions that need human judgment.
Context Recovery Engine
When users return to interrupted work, TimeCatchApp reconstructs where they left off using recent documents, notes, conversations, approvals, and activity. Instead of spending valuable time remembering what they were doing, users can resume productive work almost immediately.
Calendar / Meeting Intelligence
Connects calendars and meetings directly to projects and tasks, reducing the need to manually reconstruct what happened after a meeting. Meetings can automatically generate time records, notes, action items, decisions, and follow-up tasks while preserving their context permanently.
Waiting Intelligence
Identifies when projects or tasks are blocked by clients, colleagues, approvals, missing information, or dependencies. By making waiting visible and prompting action, TimeCatchApp can shorten delays that otherwise interrupt work and create additional context-switching later.
Team Optimization
Optimizes work allocation and scheduling across an entire team, balancing deadlines, capacity, dependencies, and Continuity Tax. Instead of simply keeping everyone busy, TimeCatchApp can organize work to create longer focus periods, reduce unnecessary switching, and minimize team-wide productivity loss.
Where we're headed after that.
These aren't scheduled to a specific version yet, but they're the direction TimeCatchApp is built toward.
Project Journal
Automatically creates a chronological record of important project activity, decisions, communications, documents, approvals, and financial events. Users no longer need to reconstruct project history from emails, files, chats, and memories when preparing reports, resolving questions, or returning to an old project.
Knowledge Reuse Layer
Makes the firm's accumulated knowledge available when it is needed by connecting AI to prior projects, documents, conversations, deliverables, and templates. Users can find and reuse relevant previous work instead of starting from scratch or searching across disconnected repositories.
Statistical Computing Integration
Connects TimeCatchApp projects directly to statistical computing environments such as Domino, Posit, Jupyter, or cloud platforms. Analysis, code, results, documentation, approvals, and project context remain connected, eliminating the repeated movement of information between analytical and project-management systems.
Native Statistical Workspace
Eventually provides an analysis environment directly within TimeCatchApp, allowing computational work to occur without leaving the project context. Analysis inputs, code, outputs, documentation, time, approvals, and decisions can remain connected throughout the analytical lifecycle, substantially reducing analytical context switching.
Autonomous Consulting Operations
The long-term vision: TimeCatchApp proactively coordinates projects, people, documents, communications, approvals, schedules, and billing. Rather than merely helping users manage work, the system continuously identifies and executes opportunities to reduce Continuity Tax while keeping humans in control of important decisions.
