TimeCatchApp acts as a data processor for Customer Content that constitutes personal data. Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, governs that processing and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
The DPA covers:
- Processing only on your documented instructions
- The security measures we maintain to protect your data
- Approval of, and advance notice about, our sub-processors
- Help responding to requests from data subjects
- Notification if a personal data breach occurs
- Your audit rights, and deletion or return of your data when the agreement ends
